Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Ink credits are consumed when processing voice recordings. Subscription credits reset monthly and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits do not expire and are consumed only after subscription credits are depleted.

4.4 Refunds

Refund requests are handled according to the policies of Apple App Store and Google Play Store, depending on your platform. For subscription cancellations, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

You retain ownership of all content you create using Ostra, including your voice recordings and the text generated from them. We do not claim ownership of your personal journal entries.

By using our service, you grant Ostra a limited, non-exclusive license to process your voice recordings for the purpose of providing our transcription and story generation services.

Our story mode uses artificial intelligence to transform your voice recordings into narrative text. The AI interprets and creatively expands upon your spoken content.

While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, creative liberties, or interpretations that differ from your original intent. You are responsible for reviewing and editing the generated content as needed.

We do not guarantee that AI-generated stories will meet specific quality standards, accurately represent your thoughts, or be suitable for any particular purpose.
