Request Account Deletion

If you would like to request the permanent deletion of your account and all associated data, please send an email to contact@ostraapp.com with the subject line "Delete Account".

We will verify your request and process the deletion within 7 days.

⚠️ Please note: This action is irreversible. Once your account is deleted:

  • Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed
  • All journal entries and transcriptions will be deleted
  • Any cloud-stored audio recordings will be erased
  • Your subscription will be cancelled

In-App Deletion

You can also delete your account directly within the Ostra app:

  1. Open the Ostra app
  2. Go to Profile
  3. Tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm your decision
